I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and stored Fran and Mike's bags while we toured the city. I was very pleased a

Bed was very comfortable, quality linens and towels. Free water
bottles. Quality coffee in lobby. Great shower. Nice tvs. Rick at front
desk was fantastic. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at
no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line.
Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside
our window.

Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. We were up on the fifth floor, so even though it's on a busy street we didn't have traffic noise. -

microwave in room since only one nearby cafe. Whole Foods and
Metropolitan Market [latter is new to us out of towers] were great
