Staff very helpful. Concierge gave us a great restaurant recommendation and helped us decide on transportation back to the airport. Excellent location! Beds were very comfortable. The hot chocolate on a chilly evening was a nice touch. -

When we arrived, they were unloading brand new mattresses for all the rooms...Nice! It's a newly renovated hotel going for the "boutique" category. I'd say they were a success with that effort. We appreciate their great service and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable -- great pillows! We and many others enjoyed the wine that was served every evening in the lobby between 5:00 - 6:00 PM. It is a beautiful historic holel with a museum and a great restaurant. - Fantastic location, close to all attractions. Lovely rooms.

You can walk to the piers from this hotel, its .8 miles away so not bad
at all. I suggest parking in the lot across the street from this hotel,
its $27 a day as opposed to $50 for Hilton parking (although it isnt the
prettiest). -

Rooms were very comfortable and clean; I was a little nervous upon arriving and seeing how old the place is, but it became very clear that they are constantly upgrading (brand new Kohler bathroom fixtures) - nothing is too old or outdated. And the location is great.

Gorgeous. The bedroom was lovely and the bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Amenities in the bathroom were very nice quality as well
Carpet needs cleaning or needs to be replaced.

Great designed and very original hotel with some different conceptual work inside. The room area was large enough. I loved the writings on the walls, the towels, and the lightning of the room.Ther e is even ironing table inside the room, very practical. Hotel location is very central. The stafff were proffessional and helpful. A remarkable place to stay again.
