  The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. They couldn't fix it ona long weekend, so we got a breakfast on the house. Appreciated. - location, rooms and service ,price

  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

  Beautiful, turn of the century home, wood floors, lots of antiques - just a wonderful atmosphere. The woman owner was so pleasant and accommodating. Suggested places to visit and provided breakfast every morning. Had wonderful conversation with the other guests. Just a couple minutes from downtown and Pike Place Market.
