  Staff was courteous, helpful and very welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious enough. Location is ideal: metro is at corner of the street, 7 minutes walk from 5th and 6th street and about 15 minutes walk from Times square. - LOVED the upgrade to the rooms. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt. Good bathroom with daily replenished products . Iron & ironing board in room already . Ice machine a short walk away on same floor. Huge Lobby where the free wifi was available . Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  Sentralt - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
