  The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. She remember why we were there and expressed her condolance for the disapointment. Everyone else at the desk was great too. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

  We stayed in a king studio which was spacious and very comfortable. It was very clean and there were nice touches, like dishsoap and nice toiletries. The sofa (which is also a sofa bed) was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good with a range of choices. The pool seemed ok, but we did not use it. The proximity to the city was great and the... hva folk sier » shuttle to the airport T (transit) stop makes it about a 20 minute trip to downtown Boston. - Great hotel, great staff and helpful. The free airportshuttle made an easy access to the "T". We used the Commuter train a lot, only 2-3 min. walk to the Chelsea train stop and you can use the "T"-ticket to/from Chelsea station. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and with a kitchenett with a full sized refrigerator which is great when you stay at a hotel with a toddler.

  The staff was professional and accommodating. The amenities were perfect. The atmosphere was great. The location was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. The corner room was an added plus, with windows on both sides. And, the desk clerk put us on the quieter side of the hotel, which was a lovely gesture. They have a shuttle bus to the subway station which was great and the Receptionist and Driver were kind enough to arrange a pick up for us (7 people) at a different time than the one scheduled.
