Was close to where we wanted to be and had a good view of the city.
Comfortable place to stay, bed and pillows where nice and soft.
After the fist room that was not clean they did move us promptly to a new room that was nice and clean. The staff did take care of us. -

There was a really friendly atmosphere to this hotel -- the 'Sky Lobby' lounge was welcoming and the free manager's drinks early evening were great. The location was excellent for my wife to shop unti she drop. The
beautiful layout of interior and exterior rooms was breath-taking. Our
room was spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. My son
loved the sofa bed which was very comfortable and relaxing as well. We
enjoyed the indoor pool and the soothing hot-tub. The bathtub and shower
were very relaxing and soothing plus, we really apprecited the extra
sinks and mirrors outside the bathroom that allowed the 3 of us to
handle our b

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect

Loved it! Stylish hotel, modern, clean room. Phenomenal service from all
hotel staff- the front desk personnel were particularly friendly and
helpful. Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map
quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I
wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast
was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to
information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!

My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.
