  I stayed during m-f for business and stayed the weekend with my 26 year old daughter. It was conveniently located to the Metro. The breakfast buffet that was included in my room price with letsbookhotel.com was awesome.   As a mom traveling with 2 children, we REALLY enjoyed our stay at The Baron Hotel. Dwight, the front desk wizard, was friendly, helpful, and so great with the kids. The location is in a very safe area which is easily accessible from public transit. It is an older hotel, but this added to its charm rather than detract from it.   The Dupont Circle provided a special experience from the moment we arrived. The design was contemporary with a touch of luxury but the atmosphere was relaxing and not pompous. The location was perfect for my husband and I and we thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the national monuments (about 30 mins).
