The Doubletree was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the bed was extremely comfortable and of course we were greeted with warm cookies! The Front Reception staff went to extra efforts to ensure our stay was a good one and assisted us with finding restaurants, activities and shopping. -

The location was perfect for us because we were heading to an Astros game and Minute Maid was just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi. Though they only offered valet parking, it was less expensive than having to pay to self park in another lot. -

Really smart front desk staff. Clear answers to everything. Free glass of wine around dinner time, free cookies before bed. Nice. I loved that there was original art on every floor. Nicely appointed, super comfortable rooms. I arrived a day late, as my original flight was snowed out. I fully expected to have to pay for that night, but they

We love the central location, super friendly staff, well appointed
rooms, manager's hour, cookies, and big breakfast. They were very
helpful in figuring out how to get to the airport while avoiding the
traffic/congestion for the downtown parade. We plan to stay here
whenever we are in Houston.
