  Rooms were very clean, the staff were very helpful since we arrived earlier than expected, and the location was ideal since we wanted to hit certain museums around Forest Park - free wifi, fitness center, very clean. Large rooms. complementary snacks to go on week days.

  My husband and I stayed after a baseball game. We had ran into some bad luck, lost both debit cards, stuck in the rain away from the hotel, with only 10 dollars cash for a cab ride. Upon return to the hotel, the desk attendant asked how our night was at the game, so we told him our string of bad luck. So nice of him and we will never forget it and also tell everyone!! - We are locals who wanted to stay at the Chase for our wedding night - it is romantic and luxuriously elegant. Perfect for newly weds! And the location in the Central West End was perfect for our guests who wanted the proximity to local attractions such as Forest Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, St. Louis Art Museum, and the wonderful shops and restaurants! It is next to impossible to have a less than fabulous experience at the Chase Park Plaza!!
