  We were entirely satisfied. Your location was great. We made a reservation for our last day in Miami after we return from South America. E a regular round of the airport as I was told it would. We waited for over an hour before finally calling the hotel - and the shuttle came shortly after that. That was not good as we were tired and hot. Service and room. - The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, we arrived very early returning from a cruise, they took care of our bags and guided us to a local shuttle to the Dolphin Mall. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped, wi-fi was free and fast. Breakfast was included and was more than satisfactory. Will definitely stay here again.

  Staff was amazing. Very informative about surrounding areas and super friendly to us and my children. They recommended Champions restaurant at neighboring hotel and to say the least that was also amazing. I am a nacho snob and their nachos were the best I've had in years! Dining complementary which was ideal after a long flight from the UK. One of the best airport hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend. We only stopped over for one night but would not hesitate in staying again.
