  We traveled with an 8 year old. The room even with a rollaway bed was very large. The city/lake view was great. The highlight for our child was the dessert - a snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich - from the restaurant. It is conveniently located. - It was our 25th anninersary. We loved the suite it was so big and luxurious.

  The location is very central and everything is within a short walking distance. We had a great room on the 29th floor with panoramic view of the city and lake.   We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. - The location couldn't have been more convenient!
