  The bed was very comfortable. We lived the warm cookies at check in. The staff was very helpful with directions and knowledgable of the area. The short distance to the T was also a plus. - This hotel was a convenient, comfortable place to rest up in the middle of a very long trip. It had everything we needed for that brief stopover.

  It was very comfortable and we were given a quiet room as we requested. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful. Though it was not so convenient for the city centre the fact that they provided a free shuttle bus to and from the subway helped to make up for this. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was also most helpful. - We were looking f... hva folk sier » or a convenient place to stay one night near the airport and public transportation. It's a great location for that, and the shuttle bus to the Transit stations was terrific! The staff also let us check in early (10 am) so we didn't have to carry our luggage around for a few hours.

The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned. The room was very neat and clean. The hotel was very nicely decorated and upscale.
