Less than 5 minute walk from 2nd street station, close to the visitor's centre. Sheets provided were fresh and clean. Everything is well-maintained. This place was amazing. the location is close to major attractions, there are many restaurants and cafes in close proximity. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. Although the male dorm has at least 14 beds in one side, people were respectful and quiet all the time. The lockers made the stay safe and the bathroom, shower room were very convenient.

The location - it's close proximity to a lot of historical sites being first timers in Philly we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is already a historical site, they can add more options for the breakfast. It's also near the Greyhound bus station which is accessible. A souvenir shop is nearby which is an added bonus as well. -

Great pubs, restaurants nearby and a very safe area of Philly. The hotel has kept its historic charm but with nice modern amenities such as flat screen t/v's and a decent hot breakfast.

You cannot find a nicer hotel downtown Philly for $109 a night! Top notch service, the receptionist even gave me coupons for a free breakfast when she heard my sister was visiting from out of town. The price was unreal!! Loved the price for the city location. Only 6 blocks from Independence Hall. The evening cocktail social was pleasant and generous. Drivers Dan and Brian were superb. Great location on the waterfront, just about 10 minutes by foot from galleries and restaurants in the hip and historic Old City of Philadelphia. Penns Landing is also very close by. The hotel was clean and new, and the room was in excellent condition. The hotel responded to my request for a room with a view by providing a room on the eighth floor.

The room with a view of the river. My wife was able to get some serious and deserved rest. The independence seaport myseum. To walk down the waterfront and enjoy the sights and sounds. Loved the romantic dinner on the mishulu which my wife totally enjoyed. The staff was very respectful and professional.
