  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again - ... hva folk sier » you don't need much more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep if you're on a busy citybreak. - The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

  Everything. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.I just love the setting. - The hotel was nice and our room was just like a room at a Holiday Inn; it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is two blocks from Port Authority . It is a great location. I felt the area was safe.

  Its location was perfectly placed near the Chinatown bus terminal. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. There are toothbrushes if you forget yours. In-room safe. Very clean with a view of a nice city park. - We were very pleased with the location and the staff. Easy walk to both the East and West Village.
