  Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate.   We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, the Reception, Concierge, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff to the Girls in Bliss... hva folk sier » nothing was too much trouble. Just a special mention for the concierge who arranged Ice Hockey tickets at the American Airlines Center and transport - I liked my room, and in particular the chaise lounge.
