This is a tough review to write, because the managers, Charlie and his wife, as well as the maintenance staff are sooo nice and helpful. They are the reason I gave 2 stars.   The hotel is new, with nicely furnished and clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. There was no disturbing noise, neither from traffic, nor from other guests. Located very close to a huge shopping mall. Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though our stay was perfect, she was very attentive to all guests and we frequently saw her checking to make sure everything was going smoothly.
