  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  The location close to the A-C subway line AND the Burrough Hall station for the 2-3 makes it ideal for visiting both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Staff had nicely honored our request regarding a room type. Check out Montague Street for breakfast opportunities! - We liked our room, the cleanliness and the parking guys.

  This hotel is situated in New Jersey, but a really nice, quiet stay when visiting New York. Our well appointed room was on the 9th floor. A fair size with big double bed, clean bathroom, desk and fridge it was very comfortable. We slept witheet window open and had no problems with noise. The Path is literally next door to the hotel and there are ... hva folk sier » 2 lines which take you into Manhattan. It takes about 20 minutes or so. There are plenty of possibilities to have breakfast very close to the hotel. - Check in was quick and easy. I loved that the hotel had affordable valet service so we didn't have to worry about our car during our stay. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to help us. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing, both were perfect and clean. Our room was so clean and cozy, and the location was perfect! We were walking distance away from fun and entertainment, and the train station into the city was right next door. I wish I was able to stay

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... hva folk sier » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we
