Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and
returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013.
I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she
loves it here. The lady at the front desk asked me if my wife was
outside when I made reservations and I told her how it is a surprise
for her

Absolutely excellent customer service. I can't speak highly enough
of their courtesy, friendliness, and desire to make us comfortable. I
was there with my elderly mother, and we will definitely recommend the
hotel to others. They made us feel as if we were visiting friends, as if
we mattered. That's highly unusual in my experience, and I've
stayed in hotels of every caliber. Kudos to management for training each
and every staff member--from housekeeping to room-service waiters to front-

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When I asked if they had a rollaway they ended up offering a completely different room with two beds. Awesome. The breakfast that was included was great with a variety of wonderful options. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed. -

The hotel is very conveniently located to Brooklyn's ammenities. Very much enjoyed the continental breakfast with coffee a few steps away for those of us who need some kick before getting ready for the day. The room was very clean. The staff are all so nice! When u are a guest at the Mave u are treated like royalty. Even my dog was treated like a princess! Plus the rooms are beautiful, modern & very clean. The beds are so comfy! If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.
