Very friendly staff. Also after I left and was at the train station having a hard time figuring out which way to go, a young man asked if he could help.   Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3 hotel rooms which we had originally booked.
