  We had a wonderful and quiet stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Carlos and Michelle in the Club Lounge were absolutely fantastic!!   This was a very upscale hotel and the staff was very attentive. Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues. Also a great feature was that you could set up a time to use bikes that the hotel offered at no ex - Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing.   The location is very central and everything is within a short walking distance. We had a great room on the 29th floor with panoramic view of the city and lake.
