  The staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. In fact one of the managers noticed at breakfast that my husband did not quite make his waffle properly. With out saying a word the manager made another waffle and came over to the table and exchanged it for him.This clearly was "above and beyond" service. The facility is ... hva folk sier » very nice. The garden setting around the pool area and facility reminded us of the Old Key West. I would highly recommend this hotel. They thought - The hotel was definately a great value. We walked in to check in and were immediately welcomed by friendly staff who hung beads from our necks and gave us a drink. It really made you feel like you were on vacation. The room was small but clean and the pool was perfect for lounging and having a few drinks. They had breakfast every morning for free which was perfect especially for a family. I even went to their little gym in the morning.

  Location was perfect for walking to downtown and all of the festivities. Really enjoyed relaxing by the water after a long night of partying. Drinks and food at the tiki were great as was the service. Would highly recommend the Galleon to anyone staying in Key West. Looking forward to the next visit! - Convenient to everything.
