The best hotel in Miami for under $100. Execeptionally friendly staff who asked me on numerous occasions if they could make my stay better. Room is very large, huge refridg- checked in around 4pm, was given the option of 2 rooms: one had a complete kitchen section; the second overlooked the pool- both rooms were very large (freshly painted/grouted and updated bathrooms). Excellent WiFi. Terrific pool, pool area with two BBQ grills and pool granite eating tables. Supermarket across the s.
alle vurderinger » Had a very nice suite about 10' from the pool. King size bed, kitchen, huge fridge- very nice. Only about a mile or so from the beach, terrific value for room- dollar wise. Was given a choice of a couple rooms, terrific way to do business. Planned to stay for 3 nights, after day 2 my conference/business ended early- manager/letsbookhotel.com were able to depart early without penalty (that was above and beyond on customer service by both parties). Second time I've stayed at the hotel last 3 mont. We got the 2 bedroom apt,very spacious ,clean(which i am a cleaning freak...so i was really impress by it all) ...price was reasonable .luv luv luv luv it!!!!!!!!!!. very quite and was close to the casino,supermarket, restaurant but we didn't go out much since we had a kitchen, living room, and kitchenette..the suite was about 5 to 8 min from the Hollywood beach. will be going back again !!!!! happy customer. Clean room. No bugs, etc. parking at hotel. Convenient location to downtown and beaches. Good coffee in the room. Little fridge, etc. Not fancy, but good. The room---which was really a suite, with dining table, kitchenette, and 2 working flatscreen TVs was an excellent value. We only stayed one night and for that this place was perfect! The room was Big and it was close to shopping , five min aproximatly to Aventura mall. AC in the rooms work very well, comfortable bed, flat screen TVs are great with lots of channels, strong, fast Internet access and nice pool. Staff is very polite, very close to the ocean, quiet and safe. Room was roomy and the full kitchen was convenient. Very easy to find! Great air conditioning!. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. everything. The value for the money was the best thing. It was accesible easy to go to diferent places. It was clean, spacious. Fast check in- check out fast reimbursement for non stay nights easy to talk to manager. The manager is very dedicated and friendly to the guests. It was close to almost everything. lower price in the $50-60 price range for that type of motel. Staff was friendly and helpful excellent parking. There was nothing not to like at this time. Hotel staff less than friendly. Not especially helpful or cooperative. Cleaning personnel very nice, but front desk, not so much. When I told him internet wifi was not connecting he didn't believe me. He waited until another customer came in and asked him how his internet was the previous nite, and when that man said "not so good", then he believed me. Not a nice way to interact..why would I lie about that? Silly really.... The location, as is the caser for much of Hollywood, Florida was less than ideal. However it is most convenient---right on Rte. 1 and very close to 95. It is also convenient to Ft. Lauderdale, and close to Aventura and Miami. Shower pressure could be a little better. Although the place was clean, some updating could be done in the bathtubs, either replace them or get rid of them altogether. n/a. The lights in the room did'nt have covers. linen too old toilet not clean weak shower you can listen people in other rooms. The bathtub paint is peeling off and it was black/dirty looking my son won't step on it.The floor needs to be cleaned better.The kids were playing barefooted and their feet were black after.The kitchen has no kitchen wares. No smoke detector. One of the electric sockets and light did not work. No towel racks.To much traffic noise. Not the best of neighborhoods. Micro wave did not work. Very Noisy, neighbor left their tv on all night. Traffic Noise, Bathroom ants.
