  Everything was very nice. It is a very charming hotel. Unfortunately, our room appeared to be facing a wall of some type (frosted-type windows prevented us from actually seeing the potential eyesore and added to the charm of the room) but I booked very soon to the date of our trip and was extremely happy with the room. - The restaurant is the m... hva folk sier » ajor plus and a relative minus of the Inn. Lovely food, and a dynamic lively dining room. Clearly a favorite with locals and visitors alike. The downside: over-crowded parking lot at peak times, with lots of related noise for rooms near the entrances/exits. Staff was very kind, helpful.

  I really liked everything at this hotel. The front staff was very accomodating, the room and bath were meticulously clean and they were a very short drive to Hampton beach. I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, and nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning.

  Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.   Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes.
