  When we arrived Karla was excellent very customer focus & professional. She has great customer skills. The gentleman in the morning we left was very helpful just like Karla............... - The Jacuzzi in the room was amazing. The bed was comfortable.Breakfast was great with long hours. Late checkout time. Staff was helpful. Perfect place.

  The room was very clean and had a great design to it. It was comfortable and I really liked that every room has a balcony. The view of the pool was very nice. I felt so comfortable in the room and the beautiful up keep and decor of the hotel made my stay all the better. - Excellent location, very close to anaheim and artesia. Very clean and well ... hva folk sier » maintained hotel. The staff at the front desk, are extremely helpful. Specially this front desk assistant Grace, highly efficient. Overall very good stay.
