  We have stayed here on Duck's game day many times and always appreciate the location and the budget friendly rooms. The motel looked revitalized and was much cleaner and quieter this year. Of note: This is one of the very few spots you can get a one night stay on the game weekend and I really appreciate that, thanks University Inn, - Although i... hva folk sier » t was unimpressive from the outside, mainly because older motel, the room was spotless. I came here to run the marathon and just wanted a room close to the race. The staff was very nice, the location was great and there was no hassles at all. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The lady doing the breakfast was very attentive to the cleanliness and appearance of the food stations. - This was definitely up-scale for this chain.
