  Pool was under construction so we were disappointed when we found out because that is one of the reasons that we choice your hotel for the indoor pool; but after taking with the front desk they said we can have passes to the recreation center there. It was a good alternative. Glad you guys had a backup plan for the pool most places don'T...was imp... hva folk sier » ressed with that and the kids were glad. Everyone was nice and willing to help. - We enjoyed our first night so much that we decided to stay another. The staff was so very accommodating to keep us in the same room.

  Typical Best Western quality. Spacious, clean, well appointed bedroom, basin separate from bathroom which is always a plus. Above average breakfast without the bacon and eggs, although hard boiled of the latter are available. Whilst on the edge of town, the supermarket is directly opposite and a free shuttle right to the railway station at the oth... hva folk sier » er end of town is available from the supermarket. Can also walk along the river through the park into town - The staff was very friendly & helpful telling us about shuttle to downtown Durango & also good suggestions for places to eat. Also very good ideas on where to hike-really appreciated this info. It was also very clean & comfortable.

  The staff was friendly and very helpful by switching rooms to accommodate my sister's special needs. We received a ground floor room that had a great patio right beside the river. The restaurant is excellent and the staff there were very attentive.
