  Great staff at Reception Service airport shuttle wonderful (every 30 minutes) I had like shuttle for Dolphin Mall - The staff was very friendly and helpful

  Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. They are genuinely nice! World class service! And the location is great, close to the airport, easy starting point of getting in and around Miami. However, it is not that... hva folk sier » kind of hotel that one chooses to spend everyday of your vaccation, but it is great for stopover or if you have some business to take care of in Miam - Very good location near airport and close to restaurants etc so very convenient. Also the room A/C is very quiet so you can sleep without hearing the A/C cycle on and off all night - this seems to be a rarity these days

  We stayed there twice on our way to central america we stopped off for a couple of days to do some shopping, so convenient airport shuttle as well as shuttle to outlet and nice pool also only 20 min to south beach will stay there again - Great staff met all our needs, answered all questions relating to the hotel and the things we wanted to do in ... hva folk sier » the city. We stayed for two weekends during Ultra, and they were well-prepared for all the guests.
