  We were offered a room on the first floor when it became available the next day. We were given an extra blanket since it was cool when we were there. The maid went to get one for us since the desk clerk didn't know there was one available. - Very convenient location, close to air port, dining, & shopping. One of the cleanest rooms I have see... hva folk sier » n. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Safe neighborhood. I would stay here again.

  First of all I stay for price and expect little in return. For what I paid 39 a night I expected junk. The place was really nice! Easy to get to as well. Will stay again if I am in Des Moines - Friendly staff, price was good . On my route. Easy to get to
