The location was perfect. Very close to the board walk and activities. The beach was private with no cars driving by and they could not park in front of the motel. It was nice having the bedroom seperate from the livingroom and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipt with all the needed essentials. Great value for the money. We arrived a little early and the front desk personal was fantastic. She had us a room in less than 15 minutes and bent over backward to our needs. If we go to Daytona again I will be looking to stay there. Location was also great.

I really enjoyed my stay and letsbookhotel.com made it sooo easy. I will use this site again on my future trips. Friendly and helpful staff, nice suite overlooking pool and beach, very good value for money. Everything was great and the decor of the room was so relaxing!!!. full of guest yet peaceful and just nice. Love the space room was very nice. The stay was very comfortable. Good location with many activities within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good. Location, great views, self catering facility, parking, reception, space. Location and Staff. Veiw over ocean. location. We chose this hotel due to it's location which proved to be good and easy access to the lovely beach. The place has good potential if efficiently renovated and management paid more attention to detail. it was right on the beach and no to far away from the boardwalk. The location was good. Nice ocean view. Me And my wife enjoyed the whole motel The staff was very friendly the rooms were very clean The location was excellent For all your shopping needs. the location and ocean view. I like the location. Location. the door om my room was very hard to opwn and close. That they were completely booked so we couldn't stay another night!!!. I have no dislikes. No linens in room for pull out sofa and maid apparently left something in fridge knocked on door did not wait for us to open she came right in looking for icecream she left in fridge. And toilet was broken when we got there but was fixed immediately. Area was very noisy, even after the college spring break crowd left. The beds were a little on the hard side. Tv was a poor reception. No kettle. No instructions for microwave. Dirty mop swished round the bathroom. Sheets not changed regularly. No safety deposit box. Balcony not swept. Could have been cleaner, the shower curtain was dirty and tore up, the toilet ran almost constantly. The women at the front desk was wonderful the man had no personality and tried to screw me out of my ocean view room that I paid for. very run down and dirty. under construction. I was advised before we left that we would have "oceanfront " like we had @ Daytona 500 in February but we ended up with a room overlooking the " parking lot " ??? We are going back for Daytona 500 in February,2014 and will be booking again with the Inn but we want ensure that we get oceanfront . Very cramped and trashy. no balcony for this room. Unprofessionalism I never received a receipt. That they charged my credit card for over $100.00 without telling me. That I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out and no one will return my call. That the room was only cleaned every other day. The hotel is far overdue for a complete renovation. Locks, latches and windows felt un-safe. Evidence of previous break-in's were obvious. Kitchen facilities were poorly stocked, for example the oven did not even have an oven tray. No jug for boiling water for tea and toaster didnt function. Hotel chosen as it had free WIFI but it didnt work in the room whatsoever. Leaks and holes and very poor electrical work. the rooms were dirty,everything was very outdated,no a/c, only swamp coolers for cooling the rooms and had to run a dehumidifer in every room.beds were really hard and alot of things listed to be in the room, were not. Our room, it was supposed to be two beds and a sofa bed we got one bed and a futon. Got charged taxes twice on a two day stay. Bed was sandy when we got in it, toilet wouldn't flush, a/c was hot at night. Broken chairs at the pool, could even lay down. Dirty rooms Smaller than the pictures show. The tiki bar was very small and not very active. the poor condition of the rooms and crabby hotel staff. It was old and wore out not clean and not like the picture leads you to believe. Old, broken mirrors, unclean,the beds were so old they had collapesd in the middle and we had to pack with cushions,the sofa bed was that worn out and over used the frame dug into you and the head end tilted down hill. and very expensive for what we got. We did not like it at all it.Was very dirty and will not go back there we. Left early form our trip because how bad it was.
