Very clean and spacious room. Quiet and enjoyed being away from the main hotel guests. There were several youth group conventions and hundreds of kids in the primary hotel section, but this is the private residence section and we were away from all the kids. We had a 12th floor room and a fabulous view of the city, beach, and bridges. This hotel offered a variety of pools, hot tubs, workout rooms, etc. What a place to stay for the weekend girls trip!.
alle vurderinger » The room remodeling has made the resort much more appealing. Worked a minute to figure out shower head, but that was easy enough. Great use of space, décor tasteful, our bed was wonderful! I have stayed here many times in the last 20-30 yrs. , your staff was knowledgeable and helpful so this was a good job!. Room was right on the ocean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and even included a full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, plates, cups and utensils. Way more than what I expected for the price. Beds and bed coverings were extremely comfortable. I appreciated that fact that when I called down to the front desk, they answered me with my name. That was a pleasant surprise. Oceanside room was great. had every appliance needed.; nice beachside bar and Jason the bartender was great, location was awesome .comfortable bed. Great location, great beach and two pools. Hotel was right on the beach. Beach towels were only provided to hotel guests and not guests staying in the private residence....however we brought our own, just in case and did not have a problem. As a heads up the total cost will include a $50 dollar service fee and 12.5% tax. So include that when you're totaling it up...still the best value on the beach!. Not sure about the pillows...prefer down alternative, but they were ok. No real complaints!. The only negative I can come up with is the rooms windows that look out to the ocean could not be opened. Would have been nice to hear the surf as we slept. Pillows in bed were harsh. Large foam pillows are difficult to sleep with, and impossible to use when laying on back. Next to my room at night there was a room dedicated as an social room/open house. It being open until midnite was somewhat disconcerting - with all the noise they generated. the coffee for the coffee maker was horrible. Minor issue with directional signage Very small balcony. Nothing!. Shower didn't work on our last day but it was quickly fixed. parking, privately owned room (no extra linens available. no extra pillows will be given by the resort), room key would not work the beach gate. Dirty a/c. Noisy fridge. Coffee and restaurants. Owner was not nice on the phone. Constant noise from garage repairs all day long. Could ot get anything from the hotel because our unit was privately owned which we not informed about ahead of time. Reception refused to issue a key stating that the door was to be opened by a PIN code. A key was finally issued. An owned unit rented by the individual trough letsbookhotel.com, there was now towel service. After going though letsbookhotel.com, who contacted the owner, it was finally recified. No balcony. Dirty room. Hair, sinks, and tub. Dated rooms. Check in had hard time share sell. Check in 4pm. Checkout 10am. No value for the price.
