Liked this hotel enough to return to the area just to stay again ! All staff made me feel as if I was the only person staying. The purple free Shuttle bus was a key factor in the success of a stress free stay in an area I did not know. Parking is not inexpensive at $17/night for self-park, but is indeed very convenient with the garage located immediately adjacent to the front lobby. Contrast this with other Costa Mesa/Irvine hotels where the parking lot is quite a distance away. Ask the very friendly and helpful staff about any discounts or specials available to minimize or reduce parking cost.
The room itself was also very comfortable, especially the temperature. We never even looked for the thermostat during our entire stay

It was clean, close to shopping and dining and the freeway. Staff was accomodating and friendly. Breakfast and dinner choices available on site. -
There is a nice little café where you can pick up a little sandwich an beverages. The location is great if you want to go to SouthCoast Plaza, Newport Beach or Disneyland.

It was comfortable, staff were efficient and the location suited me. I paerticularly appreciated Francesc's home cooking after long days at a Trade Fair - she was also welcoming and friendly - after being with thousands of people all day it was great (and convenient).

I had read in the reviews that the facility was nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was all very true, very happy with my stay, will be back again. So fun that walking distance to shopping and nice dining. -

There was a restaurant/bar and pool on site and the staff were very
friendly. There was also a fridge and microwave in the room so we were
able to purchase food from the local shop and have breakfast and snacks
in the room without eating out for every meal. (The staff happily lent

Proximity to the beach. The staff was very professional. When the A/C stopped working, the staff tried to make a repair, but was stopped by the "Do Not Disturb" sign which we didn't realize was on the outside of the door. Even with that, we were given a generous discount at checkout and told that it would give out another discount if we ever decide to stay they again. Believe me, we will stay there again.
