The proximity of the hotel to the area that I was interested in. The only downside to the stay is the road noise from the highway.

Even though it was outdated, it was very clean, especially the bathroom. The staff was pleasant. Walking distance to several restaurants. Continental breakfast was pretty good compared to other hotels I've recently stayed at during the same trip. -
