  Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was safe.   I came for a quick one night stay for business. The hotel was very clean and fresh. The colors were bright and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant (The Windjammer) was great. Excellent quality food - the salad bar was fresh and fully stocked. I'd definitely stay again if I were in town. - I really appreciated the kindness of front desk staff to help me when my flight got cancelled and I had to spend the night in Burlington.   I liked the fact that it was conveniently located right alongside ny Route 87 that we happened to be traveling.
