  The breakfast had very good choices and everything was very good. The hot food was plentiful and the eating area was clean.The room was clean and the beds comfy. They also offered coffee and tea 24/7 and milk and fresh baked cookies at 8 pm. Booked for a bachelor party(as a stop over on our way to Montreal) and we didn't have to worry about driving once. They also recommended great breweries, restaurants, and nightlife.

  Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was safe.   I came for a quick one night stay for business. The hotel was very clean and fresh. The colors were bright and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant (The Windjammer) was great. Excellent quality food - the salad bar was fresh and fully stocked.   I liked the fact that it was conveniently located right alongside ny Route 87 that we happened to be traveling.   The helpfulness was amazing..we arrived by motorcycle..it was starting to rain...I Had reserved the wrong nite..they were full..desk clerk called manager to get authorization to release a room kept for emergency s ..we were very impressed as other people had been turned away...I Guess being wet and tired was enough of an emergency..VERY Impressed ... hva folk sier » and thankful - cleanliness of room, linoleum floor, price, parking, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quickness of heat in room and ability to regulate it, wifi (though I didn't know this when I reserved room and didn't bring my laptop), location- very close to Fletcher-Allen hospital and downtown Burlington

Nice equipment in the exercise room.
