I even showed the hotel representative the printout of my booking and she still could not find it in the computer. Very comfortable wonderful, wonderful mattress! No ice bucket and burned
out light over the sink taken care of immediately! As we were leaving,
loaded down with luggage, a passing housekeeper saw my dilemma and
offered to help me down the stairs as there was no railing.

I loved it. There was a mix up on the reservation that was really no one's fault. The staff changed the room and even moved me to it awaiting my son's arrival. So easy to get to the airport. Great restaurants nearby. The pool was wonderful. Met some really great people. Thanks for a great stay. -

The bed was comfortable - usually can't sleep in hotel beds but this one was good.
The location was good for visiting with our daughter and grand-daughter. -

The room was neat and clean. Front desk personnel friendly. Even with the cleanly appearance one of our room was infested with bed bugs. The kids bitten terribly by these bed bugs. This matter was brought to the manager attention immediately.

The value was excellent! It is an older hotel and shows some signs of that, but also offers nice, large rooms, plenty of parking, a free hot breakfast, and an unusually friendly staff for such a low-cost facility. -

This facility was spotless. Our room was immaculate and the pool was pristine even at 9am. We were not on the pool side so it was quite peaceful the whole time we were there. Smoking room was available for my companion which was appreciated by him. The staff were quite friendly and deserve a big congratulations on a job well done.

The staff were very accommodating, even brought a small fridge to our room. The pool area was very nicely designed and very clean. Pool towels easily accessed at the pool and left in a bin after use. The breakfast provided variety for every taste. Coffee/tea available all day in lobby.

The hotel was full when we arrived and our room was on the second floor.
My sister had knee replacement about 5 weeks prior to our arrival/
We were able to change rooms on Sunday afternoon to the first floor and
it had been remolded and was very nice. -
Staff very friendly, we had booked for one night but liked it so much we stayed for two. Nice
