  Starting with the smiling and friendly staff at Reception; rooms very clean; parking spot close to the room; great breakfast; availability of hot drinks throughout the day; quiet despite the fact that there were quite a few guests in the hotel; great location for shopping trips (Walden Galleria).   Nice hotel. Staff here were amazing. Tv sucked, but theres a denneys conviently right beside the hotel. Unfortunatly buffalo is just a terrible city to be in for to long. I would definatly recommend this hotel. - Room was easy to access for handicapped. Housekeeper very good. Day shift front desk very helpful. Waitress in restaurant very good.

  I chose this hotel for its good price and location next to the airport with free shuttle. I live in Buffalo and my plane left before dawn, so this was a better option than leaving my house at 4 A.M. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft, the shower great, the new lg tv on the wall awesome. Desk staff always very cheerful. They kept the lobby floor from getting too wet from the snow. Maintenance came right away when we were having trouble with our fridge. This is my second time here and was a super great experience
