  Staff was great. Greeted as soon as we pulled to the curb. Check in was great. Room was clean and temperature was just right. - Location is the best. Close to everything. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you leave.

  We liked everything. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. My mom was especially impressed with the Keurig coffee maker!   The indoor pool was great easy access from rooms . Very close to Chatanooga without the high prices . Food and stores close by but not high traffic or difficult acess . We will stay there again to go to Chatanooga . - Manager had great customer service and problem resolution skills.
