  My husband and I stayed at this hotel with the intent of just having a place to crash on our vacation further north. What a pleasant surprise! Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! It was the best continental breakfast we have ever had. (Apparently, previous customers damaged the rooms with their bikes). - Everything about Blue Mountain was nice, even when someone wrote "Love you Babe, Sexy Truck" on our truck windows. It was not the fault of bm. Sorta funny when you think about our being in our mid 60'S.

  The room was spacious although a bit dated in regards to decor (bedding). The room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom was updated. Carpet appeared to be new. New TV. Breakfast was typical continental fare and suited our needs. Loved the Italian restaurant right next door.   We stayed here as a via point between Capitol Reef and Monument Valley. The Valley is little bit over an hour away. It was the least expensive option we could find for a night's stay on the way to the Valley. The room was serviceable. It is an old 50's style motel with wood paneling and bathroom tiles.   The cabin itself was adorable with fresh clean quilts on the beds. It had everything we needed and more, including water and a flashlight for moving around outside after dark. We were looking for that outdoor experience and found this little piece of paradise. He cooked us up a wonderful bbq dinner and delivered it to our cabin...and in the morning there was - This cottage was an absolute little gem in the woods with its own camp fire and a cute separate (very clean) water closet/shower room only a stones throw from the cottage. It was "Glamping" in style (very comfy beds) with an absolute stunning view of the northern sky.
