The front desk associate was very pleasant and courteous. He remembered my name when I returned to the hotel after going out for dinner.
Beautiful breakfast buffet!
Convenience
Surrounding restaurants and shops.
good customer service.
Staff member Omat was approachable and kindly and patiently answered my inquiry about the parking fee. Gave us a key card with no room number, but was totally gracious about correcting it and inquired about our comfort a bit later in passing.alle vurderinger »
Paying for parking!! No need to gouge the customer. Where else would one park! No fair...
none.
The $14 parking fee was a surprise. May be in the online booking info, but seems like a hidden tax. Omar explained it was for "our protection" to secure a parking space and prevent non customer Parker's. Why punish the customer?.
