Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

My husband and I stayed because our flights were an overnight @ Atlanta Airport. The staff was the friendliest staff we have encountered ever at a hotel. We ate at a restaurant there and the waitress was so nice and knowledgeable! Even the breakfast staff was great! It was also clean, comfortable, and everything was very accommodating!

Hotel staff are very helpful friendly. Front desk staff are always willing to help (from changing batteries in remote, giving directions to Downtown, and they seem to "know where to buy what"). Cleaning lady was really nice. The location is excellent for walking downtown and making all other areas of Atlanta accessible. They have it written somewhere that "we'll leave the lights on for you". To Motel 6 Atlanta Downtown Northeast, I also say, "leave the lights on because I'll surely come back

The staff, most especially the evening reception, "Anita" and the gentleman who set up breakfast and who drove the shuttle in the morning, "Sly" -both made us feel at home. Rooms were clean & well appointed. Breakfast bar was good, could do with a better brand of coffee though. I would advise people to stay there but be aware of the after hours staff.
