  The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered bottled water upon arrival and once again during our stay. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We came to Allentown to visit family, and the hotel was conveniently located near their home. The parking garage adjacent to the hotel was also very convenient and inexpensive. - The ser... hva folk sier » vice was excellent. Room was made up on request. Problem of extra parking charges was resolved quickly & amicably. Was given an extra hour late check out with out additional charge.
