The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating.   Staff was very accommodating and efficient. No hassles with check in and check out. Hotel was budget-friendly, compared to hotels in NYC. It was hust a 10-min walk to the bus station, and a 15-min ride to NYC. - The staff were very friendly, but they have charged me twice????   I love this little Inn. It is by far the least expensive place to stay in Chelsea/Flatiron. It is not fancy by any means but it is quiet and the location is great. It's half a block off 5th ave shopping, two blocks from Union square and 2 blocks from 8th Ave in Chelsea. The rooms have a refrigerator which was rare to find for the price. The continental breakfast next door has - The location and the courteous staff! Very comfortable and quiet and clean and you can get the sense of actually living there when you stay in this wonderful historic building. I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. From here, it's easy to get to anywhere in this beautiful City!

  yes but prefer a more central location, but can´t beat value for money in NYC. - The price was terrefic. Location not bad, very clean friendly staff. Free wifi on hotel's computer in lobby. Great for checking e mails etc.
