  I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of America. Lots of food options within 10 minutes drive and free breakfast was of decent quality. - We actually booked two rooms (1 for my husband &... hva folk sier » amp; self and the other for our son and his family).Although there was an initial "mix-up" with our rooms, we were able to take care of it ourselves. Everyone was very accomodating.One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in.

  Very clean, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sunday buffet was great. The manager on duty was very friendly, he was going out of his way to help guest.   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.
