Very clean, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sunday buffet was great. The manager on duty was very friendly, he was going out of his way to help guest. We are planning on staying there again. -

We wanted to see the moa and minneapolis! The price was great, the room looked as great as the pics on line! Clean and comfty! The beautiful white comforter was soft and comfy also! When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The price was great and staff was genuinely very kind and attentive to our needs, especially since my husband is disabled. -

The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to
restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and
the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were
great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had
no problems with my stay. -

I loved the room size. The extra space of the suite was really nice. It was good to have other sitting options than just on the bed. Also the style of the room. How they kept some of the original structure of the building and added it into the design of the room. -

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful. -
