Pretty much what you expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Clean, comfortable room. Quiet. Decent breakfast, close proximity to the airport. -

whelmed....had several phone calls while we waited...room was good...

The hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was very clean and we were very pleased with our room and the service we received. We'll definitely book again at the Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport and would eagerly recommend it to others. -

I brought my son to GA/FLA game and booked hotel early to make sure we had room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeepers made sure we had anything we needed when I ask .I would stay here again for the location and staff. -

I got the room for a get-a-way for my daughter and her new husband before their real honeymoon. Both of them really enjoyed their stay. I will definately use and recommend aloft and letsbookhotel.com in the future.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Right in front of the river. Shopping and dinning at the landing is a few blocks from the hotel. I have to say my favorite part of staying at the hotel was the beds. Extremely comfortable. -

Good viewer from the window and with a lovely balcony,The Ruth Steak house is outstanding . We spent very happy three days with our son, the only shortage is the soundproof of the wall is too bad, the mid night our neighbor made great noise while they made something I was afraid it was too crazy to awake my son. -

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was fantastic. Everything we needed for an
enjoyable weekend stay was located on the premises. Maid service was
outstanding. If ever in Jacksonville area again would definitely stay
