They did not honour the quoted price I had from letsbookhotel.com. It was over $50.00 higher than what was originally quoted. Now I have to go through the B.S. of trying to get a refund for the difference. Definitely not happy with the experience. -

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason I entered fair for the facility was because the eating area was under construction and there was no seating area in the lobby. I was satisfied enough that I have booked a room in January. -

We had to book the hotel last minute because our flight was canceled.
Time was after midnight so we had to call the hotel to agree what should
be start date of the reservation. Lady was very supportive and told us
that she will let us in despite any time mentioned in the reservation.

This Red Roof Inn is really closer to the airport. The Rooms got a fridge and a microwave oven. The mattress in my room was really nice to sleep on. Not too soft and not too firm. Very clean for a Motel room......

It was convenient to airport. The heat had been turned on and it was warm when we arrived. We were able to leave our car while we traveled. -

We had to stay over in Detroit because of the weather and arrived late.The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed an exellent breakfast buffet with an omelet station. This is a very pleasant hotel. -
The bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back and rarely get a good night's sleep, but I slept better than I do at home.

We found the hotel fine, clean, etc. The restaurant food however stinks.

We love all your staff but Bonnie & Brandy was so great they really made us feel welcome the food was super good love the mushroom soup we only stayed two days but we will be back and have told family &friends to stay here your hotel is so lovely and peaceful from the room to the food and bar many thanks for making our trip extra great
