The location, if you are flying to or from Bradley, is unbeatable and is just OK for the Hartford area generally. The staff are good, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean,smart and usable! -
For the price of $119.00 this was a great hotel and very convenient to
leave from the airport.

The staff was very nice. I was totally lost & she offered to stay on the phone with me from 6 Flags NE to get us there. I was by myself with 3 children ages 8 to 11. It was dark and raining & I was horrified my GPS wasn't working. She totally helped me out. And the woman with the Irish accent is always a pleasure. She talked to my kids lik

We were able to get a room with two beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate us and our two young children complete with breakfast at a very reasonable rate. It was also a very visually appealing hotel. The breakfast was both hot and cold and had plenty of options with protein as well as food for kids with allergies.

Our King room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable.
Breakfast Buffet on Saturday of stay was great.
Front Desk staff were Awesome; freindly and helpful.
Restaurant/Bar attached was really nice and food and staff both very good.
Coffee station in the lobby to augment the small supply in the room Terrific.

The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. -

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are very modern and well kept. No noise during the evening hours, and you cannot hear other travelers in their rooms. Great location. Very close to many many different restaurants. -

Have stayed at few different local Hotels and Motels. Will like to return to this one on next trip. It has comfortable rooms, larger TV set, very nice and large Fitness room near the Indoor Pool. Great place to stay. Great location, great service, and VERY friendly stuff!!! Extremely clean and comfortable room with desk, refrigerator, microwave, couch, big screen TV, fully stocked bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in area.Nice continental breakfast was served. Indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this Regency Hotel!!!

Very clean and lovely. The person who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Great quality and the price was reasonable. Plan to return again soon.
