  hotel excellent ,little , beautiful, like in home,with very friendly people and service.Location of the hotel very very adjective in centre of the city near metro , ,stations of bus,supermarkets, park,opera and bank. i got all , that i need for my comfort, include breakfast and laundry. thanks to this hotel.

  polite staff, good english, very helpful and reasonable price, good location for the centre and for the airport, excellent stay would go again. - Nice, cozy and warm place to stay there, easy to artive, close to the metro station, staff help all the time, a good choice to stay in kharkov
