Hotel is mot only rooms and breakfast. It consist's of business rooms, excellent restorant, spa and training, massage and wellness. It situated in the center of Yalta, near sea but it is not isolated from other town. I recommend it for business and short-stay travelling.

Two of the staff members spoke decent English, which is a rare occurrence in Ukraine, and everyone was quite helpful. Hot breakfast is included, the pool provided a nice break from the hot summer sun, and the grounds were filled with fruit trees. It is a great location for visiting Khersones, and is a 5 minute walk from major bus routes.

Very clean place. Enjoyed the pool and the wet/dry sauna! The owners
of the place are incredible and provide a level of service very rarely
found in Ukraine! The rooms have an excellent view of the city of Yalta
and the Black sea. Although located a distance from stores or the
seashore -- there is a free shuttle service to help you get around a
bit! The owner even taught me how to make shishkabobs on a fire! Very
highly recommend this place, and plan to return again!
