  The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar / cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same hotel ... hva folk sier » again. Best wishes to the staff. - Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

  Location is very convenient. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speak excellent English. Our maid saw that two of us were in our room and quickly supplied a second robe and extra towels. - The staff went out of their way to accommodate whatever I needed.   Luxury hotel with excellent service and nice rooms. I can recommend to everybody who is looking for a good hotel in the center of the city. - Great value for money; nice atmosphere, elegant interior and qualified stuff. Complimentary coffee offered at the lobby was a nice touch.

  Great spa/fitness area, Very central location but the entrance is away from the crowds. Very attentive staff : concierge arranged our evenings.
